Dr. Samhita Penukonda is trained as a Geriatrician (Aged Care Specialist) and offers outpatient consulting at Age Well Specialist Centre based at Niddrie and John Fawkner Hospital Consulting Suites. She also facilitates Nursing Home Visits in North-western areas of Melbourne.

Through varied clinical exposure and experience, she has developed a broad skillset, with expertise across all areas of geriatric medicine with a particular interest in cognitive disorders, dementia diagnosis and BPSD management, falls, polypharmacy, comprehensive geriatric assessments, managing multiple comorbidities and advanced care planning.

Samhita is passionate about providing high quality and holistic care to her patients and their families. Samhita aims to deliver proactive care to the elderly patients in an outpatient environment with the focus to ensure we are ageing well.
